Please take note!! I’ve moved!

To all the visitors of this blog, please take note! I have a new blog at http://monarocv8tuner.blogspot.com.

A student’s life

After the week-long school holidays, I received my test papers. The results were crappy as it should be. On that night, when I was doing my freaking long correction (it’s Mathematics, I’m not good on formulas), I suddenly thought about my pencil case.

This is my pencil case, Spider-Man 3. I look like a childish person using this pencil case. When I unpacked it,

There are a lot of things in my pencil case. Wanna see my Mathematics Paper 2 result?

TADAAA!! 39/60, better don’t show. During the test, I was thinking about the holidays. This is the end of the crap from me! Cheers mate!

Checkpoint on your car before long distance driving

During these school holidays, many of you will travel long distance on your car. So, after a few sleepless nights, I finally compiled several things you must check before travelling long distance.

1. Do some wheel alignment and wheel balancing

People always neglect these simple things but it can save your life. It can set back you a few hundred ringgit but this an important issue. Even a newly-bought car can have its wheels unaligned. Our Nissan Frontier had its wheel alignment and wheel balancing done yesterday and it costs RM 170. Still cheap, rather than repairing it when it is broken. As the saying goes, “Prevention is better than cure”.

2. Service your car engine

You must regularly change the oil of the car after three months or 5000km. This oil lubricates the piston inside the engine and smoothes your journey. I advise you to use fully-synthetic oil as it is the best oil for your engine.

3. Check your tyres.

Check the air pressure of your tire and if it is a bit deflated, quickly pump it. This ensures a smooth journey and can save your fuel consumption. You must also check the tread of the tire. If the tire is “bold”, change it. The price of a single tire may vary according to model and size.

4. Check your car’s radiator.

Engine coolant is designed to protect your car radiator and cooling system all year round. Most of all, using radiator coolant helps to avoid engine overheating. Many different brands and varieties of engine coolant exist. Most have additives that are intended to protect your cooling system by preventing corrosion, lubricating, and increasing cooling efficiently. Check your engine coolant and when its level has dropped, refill it with some water and when it is empty, top up with some coolant. I advise you to use NASA coolant (RM8.90) as it is longer lasting.

5. Check all the lights.

When you drive during the night, a good lighting is needed. Check your lights. If it has malfunctioned, replaced it with an original spare part that can be obtained from your carmaker.

This is the end. Hope you enjoyed it.

Sunset

It is really sad when the night falls after a great day you have experienced.

It is really calming when watching the sun falls down.

Waiting For The World To Change

The lyrics:

me and all my friends
we’re all misunderstood
they say we stand for nothing and
there’s no way we ever could
now we see everything that’s going wrong
with the world and those who lead it
we just feel like we don’t have the means
to rise above and beat it

so we keep waiting
waiting on the world to change
we keep on waiting
waiting on the world to change

it’s hard to beat the system
when we’re standing at a distance
so we keep waiting
waiting on the world to change
now if we had the power
to bring our neighbors home from war
they would have never missed a Christmas
no more ribbons on their door
and when you trust your television
what you get is what you got
cause when they own the information, oh
they can bend it all they want

that’s why we’re waiting
waiting on the world to change
we keep on waiting
waiting on the world to change

it’s not that we don’t care,
we just know that the fight ain’t fair
so we keep on waiting
waiting on the world to change

and we’re still waiting
waiting on the world to change
we keep on waiting waiting on the world to change
one day our generation
is gonna rule the population
so we keep on waiting
waiting on the world to change

we keep on waiting
waiting on the world to change

Chipsmore Song

During our English lesson yesterday, we sang our version of Chipsmore song loudly until our Afternoon Supervisor enter our class. Luckily, our English teacher explained why. This is the lyrics and the tune is from “I Love You” in the show Barney and Friends:-

I love you

You love me

We are Chipsmore family

And a chips and a more from our family

We are Chipsmore family

This is how a Chipsmore looks like

As our Form teacher said, “The best class is the most talkative class”. I guess it’s true.

Ahhhhhh…………….

Do you miss the olden days when Coke was served in a glass bottle? Well, there is a glass bottled Coke which costs only RM 1.75 at Ta Kiong Emporium, Sibu.

Specially made in Thailand. Get it while it lasts.

Rainy Days and Mondays

After I return home from school at 6.25 p.m, I took some pictures of the sky. It was drizzling, luckily I managed to get home on time.

fools the eye

The picture really fools the eye. It actually rains.

Borneo Cultural Festival 2008

Yesterday, even though it was raining a little bit, I went to the Borneo Cultural Festival expo. The expo was nothing much, just a lot of crap. We parked at the Paramount Hotel and we walked to the expo. Must exercise also, goolooloo. We don’t want to park near Wisma Sanyan as there were so many people heading towards there.

cars

Jalan Bujang Suntong (the road that is blocked), is only passable to those who have a stall there or the VIP’s.

pity

Pity the policeman, he had to stand there in the rain.

Once we had a place to park, we walked to the expo. I had a sore feet walking on the hard rocks there.

One canopy attracted my attention. It was the Rimbunan Hijau Group. They were showcasing their Mercedes Benz and some huge tyres.

?

Sorry for the blur pictures. I’ll wait for goolooloo to give me a Sony T-300.

Ehem

Actually, I didn’t mean to take the couple’s pictures, but the Wisma Sanyan building.

Then, I went to one of my relatives stall. This year, the most of the stalls are not decorated because there are no “The Most Beautiful Stall” contest. So, what’s the use of decorating it?

ai tuak

Care to drink some ai tuak or Tiger beer, anyone? Try to find where I took this picture.

Before I go to Delta Mall, I bought a Spongebob Squarepants balloon for my little brother. The balloon costs me a whopping RM10! That really cuts my throat but people are queuing up to buy that for their kids.  As I walked through the expo again, I saw some Vespa bikes been showcased there.

Then, we went to Delta Mall. I’ve bought a Double Chocolate drink from Kokoberry. After window-shopping, I went to a telecommunications shop downstairs. To my surprise, I saw Mary (her real name) from goolooloo.com surfing the Net with his Wi-Fi enabled laptop.

plump like a pumpkin

I’m sorry that I cannot take latest pictures of her. Her face is as plump as a pumpkin. Oops, a parang is heading to my head. I told her that her blog is a kind of sleepy lately, if compared to Sixthseal.com. Then, she said Mr. HB is crazy!!!

That is all for this post, hope that after Mr. HB read this post, goolooloo’s face will not be in the daily papers the next day.

Snacks and monarocv8tuner

For two hours, I have been gobbling three KitKat bars and three boxes of Yeo’s green tea.

Kitkat

I’m thinking of smashing the laptop……
